IT for offices of 1 to 15 people.

The same protection larger firms use, sized and priced for a small office, looked after by one person in Harrisonburg. Remote-first, with on-site visits by appointment.

Sound familiar?

Most small offices are one bad day away from a big problem.

Nobody planned it that way. The office grew, a router came from the internet company, cameras came from a big-box store, and the person who set it all up moved on.

  • The router was set up years ago, and nobody remembers the password.
  • Passwords live in a spreadsheet, or on a sticky note under the keyboard.
  • Nobody knows whether the backups would actually bring anything back.
  • The last IT company still has the admin logins.
  • A convincing email asks the bookkeeper to change where a payment goes.
  • The Wi-Fi drops in the one room where it matters most.

If two or more of these are true, you are in good company. Each one has a plain, affordable fix, and the rest of this page explains them.

How support works

Remote first, so most problems are fixed without a visit.

  1. You reach out

Call, text, email or the client portal. You talk to Cory, not a phone tree.

  2. A secure remote session

With your permission, Cory connects and fixes the problem while you watch. Most issues end here.

  3. On-site when it matters

Hardware, cabling and installs are scheduled and quoted at a fixed price. Complete includes one after-hours visit each quarter.

  4. Written down

Every fix is documented, so the same problem is solved faster next time, by anyone.

Reply times count business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. A reply means Cory has your request and a plan; the fix itself may take longer.

What gets covered

Six layers. Pick one to see what it stops.

A small office does not need more tools. It needs the right ones, set up properly and watched.

Layer 01 · People

Training and passwords

Most break-ins start with a person clicking a convincing email. The fix is practice, not blame.

What it stops

  • Phishing emails that look like your bank or a client
  • Reused passwords leaked from other websites
  • Staff who are unsure what to report
A real project

A Lewisburg law firm, moved over on a Saturday.

A small law firm was moving on from its previous IT provider. Webflect replaced the aging firewall on a weekend so the office opened normally on Monday, and designed and built the firm's new website.

IT plans have a $249 monthly minimum. Onboarding is a one-time fee of about one month of plan fees, with a $499 minimum; for example, a six-person office on Managed pays $594 a month and about $594 once. It can be split across the first three invoices. File migrations, phone moves and domain transfers are quoted separately at a fixed price. Microsoft 365 licenses are billed at Microsoft's price, for example $22 per user a month for Business Premium on an annual commitment. Pair with a website plan and save 10 percent on both plan fees every month.

Questions

What office managers ask first

Do we have to replace our network with UniFi?

No. Webflect supports what you have and only recommends replacing equipment when it is failing, unsupported or holding you back. When it is time, UniFi is the recommendation because it has no per-device license fees and one app covers everything.

We use Google Workspace. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Webflect supports Google Workspace with the same security checklist. Microsoft 365 Business Premium is the recommendation for offices that handle sensitive records, because so much security is built in.

Who owns the admin passwords?

You do. Every admin login is stored in your company Bitwarden vault, and Webflect signs in with its own limited account where Microsoft allows it, never yours. Many owners learn why that matters the hard way from a previous IT provider.

Webflect is one person. What if Cory is unavailable?

Requests are recorded any time, day or night, and Cory follows up as soon as he is available, within your plan's reply time. Planned time off is announced to clients a week ahead. Huntress's security team watches every protected computer 24 hours a day, so security never waits on one person, and everything is documented in your own vault.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, a one-time onboarding fee of about one month of your plan, with a $499 minimum. For example, a six-person office on Managed pays $594 a month, so onboarding is about $594. It pays for the real work of taking over safely: the audit, the handover, installing protection on every computer, documentation and training. You can split it across your first three invoices.

What happens if we ever leave?

You get every password, every document and a clean handover to whoever comes next. The move onto Webflect is planned in writing at a fixed price, and the move off is just as orderly.

What does the free check need from us?

Only your business name, town and email address. Cory looks up your domain's public email records and known breach reports. Nothing is installed and no passwords are needed.

Do you sell the equipment?

Yes. Webflect sources hardware at a fair price and installs it at a fixed price quoted in writing before any work starts.

Why Ubiquiti UniFi

One platform from the internet line to the front door.

UniFi puts the network, cameras, doors and phones on hardware you own, managed in one app, and Webflect manages that app for you.

UniFi Network

Gateway, switches and Wi-Fi

Fast Wi-Fi 7 access points, managed switches and a gateway firewall. Ubiquiti calls it license-free: no fee per access point or per switch.

UniFi Protect

Cameras with no subscriptions

Footage records to a recorder in your building, not someone else's cloud. Ubiquiti's own line: run 4 or 4,000 cameras and the licensing is still $0.

UniFi Access

Doors that know who came in

Badge, phone or code entry with a log of every door. Lost badges are switched off in seconds instead of rekeying the building.

UniFi Talk

Phones on the same network

Desk phones and a mobile app, billed per phone number each month, with free number porting from US carriers.
